Maroochydore Library Review

In December 2008 we identified an opportunity to introduce alternative library services at Maroochydore Campus and we are continuing to work with staff and students to develop alternative service models to meet the needs of both our students and staff. Since an initial review conducted in April 2009 we have made a number of changes and as we move toward the end of the year we would like to hear from you to enable us to continue to improve the level of services offered.

Please take a few minutes to print and complete a short survey about the changes to library services at Maroochydore Campus. Please comment on the changes we have made in response to your previous feedback.

As per the attached flyer we welcome your feedback and it can be provided by:

• downloading, printing and completing the attached survey.
• Please place completed surveys into a Have your say box at any Campus by 5pm Monday 23rd November
• attending a focus group at Maroochydore Campus in Monday 23rd November
• emailing your comments directly to Joseph Donataccio at joseph.donataccio@y-e-s.biz
• collecting a survey from the Client Services area at Maroochydore Campus.
