Recognition of Prior Learning

Through Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), we can assess trainees' level of current skills and competencies based on their work experience, life skills and previous study or training. We then determine if they need to complete a whole program, or obtain credits for some elements where they have existing skills, saving both training time and costs.

Recognition of prior learning is a credible and practical skills recognition process that looks at what individuals know and can do, and may lead to recognition of individuals' skills and knowledge - regardless of how they were acquired.
