This Commonwealth-funded program provides training to existing employees in the form of an apprenticeship or traineeship. For every eligible employee who undertakes an existing worker apprenticeship or traineeship, the business will receive a financial incentive to help cover the costs. This financial incentive makes training extremely cost-effective, as in most cases it covers the entire cost of the training.
This training mode doesn't require the employee to attend classes on campus. Our trainers will use a blend of flexible learning options, including workplace and online delivery, to suit the needs of the employee and the business.
To be eligible, employees must have a minimum of three months full-time employment (or equivalent part-time) within the business, hold no high-level qualifications (Certificate III and above) in the training area and be a Queensland resident.
