ZEST Cooking School at Sunshine Coast TAFE is a fresh new cooking school that will spice up your cooking and culinary skills and have you preparing food that's as nutritious as it is delectable, in just five flavoursome evenings.
Our recipe for success is simple - you will learn:
- Basic cooking
- Budgeting
- Nutritional label reading
- Shopping techniques
By course completion, you'll have mastered the basics of planning, shopping for, preparing and serving delicious healthy meals for yourself, friends and family. ZEST offers unaccredited training to students with no great exams or challenges - simply have fun improving your skills in a relaxed, no-pressure environment.
