If you haven't had the opportunity to enter university direct, Sunshine Coast TAFE can help you on your way to a Bachelor degree. Likewise, if you have completed part or all of your university education, but need practical hands-on training to land the prefect job, a qualification from Sunshine Coast TAFE will complement your degree.
Sunshine Coast TAFE has articulation agreements with the University of the Sunshine Coast and the University of Southern Queensland that will give you direct access or credit for your existing TAFE Qualification.
Through recognition of prior learning, this linking, or articulation, creates a seamless pathway to higher qualifications. Through recognition of prior learning and articulation, Sunshine Coast TAFE can support you through seamless pathways with USQ and USC. Other universities may also recognise our qualifications, however you should contact your preferred university about credit transfer arrangements.
Sunshine Coast TAFE and University of Sunshine Coast (USC) offer a range of dual qualifications – providing you with a dual diploma and degree qualification
These programs are generally three years and incorporate your first year of study at Sunshine Coast TAFE and the remaining two years at University of the Sunshine Coast. Not only to these programs offer a perfect combination of practical hands-on training and academic study, you may also reduce the cost of your overall program.

Study at TAFE and you can have guaranteed entry into a selected program at the University of Southern Queensland. This means you can apply direct to USQ after completing a TAFE diploma or advanced diploma, and you can also apply for credit toward your uni studies to fast track your degree.

At TAFE I had the benefit of face-to-face contact with teachers in my own workplace. The teachers were fantastic, they were always easy to contact and had all the information I needed.
