Quality Policy

Sunshine Coast TAFE develops, delivers and supports vocational, education and training products, and services a wide range of customers locally, across the state, interstate and internationally.

We are committed to providing quality training and support services in a flexible and responsive manner. Our programs and courses are planned and delivered to match the identified needs of our customers and stakeholders, including students, employers, government and the wider community.

Sunshine Coast TAFE's Quality Management System enables the integration of business processes and documents ensuring the identified needs of our customer's are addressed.

Our vision, values, objectives and quality management principles embedded in the Quality Management System are reflected in the institute's Strategic plans and related institute plans.

Our Quality Management System complies with all relevant regulatory requirements and is regularly reviewed and continually improved ensuring its effectiveness and suitability.
